I ordered my usual size from csaucy.com, what a joke. The top fit like it was designed by a bunch of clowns, super tight in the arms but weirdly loose around the waist. Just an awkward fit all around. I thought about returning it, but the whole process seemed like more hassle than it was worth, so now it’s just sitting in my closet.

I was disappointed with this. After waiting longer than expected for it to arrive, it ended up feeling really cheap right out of the box and broke way too quickly. Definitely not worth the hassle

My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking info barely changed the whole time. I reached out to support, but they basically just told me to keep waiting. Frustrating experience, honestly. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I sent my items back thinking the refund would be straightforward, but I’m still waiting. At first I was trying to be patient and give it some time, but now I’m getting really frustrated. I just want this sorted out so I can stop worrying about it

So, I had a little issue with my order and ended up emailing csaucy.com about it. i wasn’t really expecting a super quick reply or anything, but they got back to me faster than I thought they would, and, like, it actually seemed like they read what I wrote instead of just sending some random copy-paste answer.
It did take one extra message to fully get everything sorted out, so, you know, it wasn’t totally perfect. But the person I dealt with was polite, helpful, and got it fixed in the end, so overall I’d say the customer service was good.

I paid for this thinking it would actually live up to all the vague promises they make, but it just didn’t. For the price, I expected something a lot better. The quality was average and nothing really stood out. It felt like they talked it up without giving anything specific, and in the end, I just felt like I wasted my money. I wouldn’t buy it again...
